Even though our students did most of the planting in our garden we are extremely indebted to the JOB CORPS in Imperial Beach. Their Landscaping class with Glenn Clauson installed drip irrigation in January of 1996. Since then Welding under the direction of Bill Carruthers built a grate for our pond and cut out the designs of our art students from pressed steel. Cement under the direction of Ken Robinson built the pond for us. Masonary under the direction of Jay Trottier built a waterfall and Solar Trades under the guidance of their instructor Randall Mann provided and set up solar collectors and a pump to complete the waterfall. Frank Fritz and his Building and Maintenance students built a beautiful sign for the garden.

Bill Caruthers, welding teacher, directs the installation of the grate made by his students to prevent any child from drowning in the pond.

Jay Trottier and his students built a fantastic waterfall designed by our art students to provide recirculation of the pond water.
